|Recommended: YesBeautiful, safe and Quiet — The staff are super nice and they fix issues promptly. It doesn't feel like you are so close to Short Pump, the community is tucked away and quiet. The apartments are super cute with full size washers and dryers and lots of space.

|Recommended: YesLife at the Oaks — Overall this is an amazing place to live. I lived here for 3 years with a room mate and then after living in the city for a few years, chose to move back and have been here for over two years. I would be lying if I said I never had any issues but the office staff is great and always makes sure to do their best to correct them. The community is well kept and quiet and a lot of friendly neighbors The one thing that sets this community apart from anywhere I have ever lived is their maintenance crew. I cannot even tell you how amazing they are and EVERYTHING is taken care of faster than you would ever believe.

If I am tranferred back to Virginia, I will defiitely try to get an apartment here again. — The complex is beautiful with its many flowers and trees in all seasons. I have enjoyed the pool which is kept in good condition, the area to wash my car, and of course the work-out room open 24-7. The staff really care about the people who live at the Oaks. They are always friendly and eager to solve any problem you might have.
|Recommended: YesI think it is a great place to live. I enjoy all of my friends there and the pool. — First of all, I can't believe all of the changes in the last year. We have a new tennis court, a new volleyball court, new windows--which are the greatest--this means the electric bill for both ac and heating will go down. They put new pipes in each apartment and now they are power washing and painting each building. It really helps to be close to the mall for shopping and close to grocery stores. It has such a pretty setting with trees and flowers, I feel I'm in the country--but so convenient. This is really a great place to live.
I would give this complex a 5--I sure hope I won't get transferred anytime soon.

The living environment is good.
If the windows are sealed better, the electricity bill could be lowered down.
The other issue is there is too much bullshit in the grassland.
